Terms of Service

The service and its provider

The service is provided by the administrator of the apigenerator.ai service, reachable at [email protected]. APIGenerator generates, documents, tests, hosts and exports APIs and MCP servers from sources you provide.

Accounts

• You need a confirmed work email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your keys secret.
• Team and Enterprise owners are responsible for the people they invite.

Plans and subscriptions

• The service is sold as monthly or yearly subscriptions with the plans and prices shown on the pricing page.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• An upgrade takes effect immediately and the price difference is charged right away. A downgrade takes effect at the next renewal.
• Cancelling stops future renewals. Access runs to the end of the period already paid.
• Payments are final, as described in the refund policy.
• Prices shown exclude taxes that apply in your country, which are added at checkout where required.

Limits and usage

Plan limits for projects, hosted requests, AI generations, MCP servers, seats and environments count usage in the billing period. Deleting a project, key or resource does not return quota already used. Usage above a limit waits until the next period or until you move to a larger plan.

Your content and the generated code

• You keep all rights to the schemas, descriptions, files and data you provide.
• The code, documentation and MCP servers generated for you are yours to use, change and export, on every plan.
• You give us the rights needed to process your content only to provide the service to you.
• Your content is never used to train AI models.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service to break the law, infringe rights of others, distribute malware, send spam, attack other systems, process data you have no right to process, or resell the service itself without permission. Paid APIs you publish must comply with the law and with these terms.

AI generated output

Generated designs and code are produced with the help of AI models. Review them before production use. You are responsible for how you use generated APIs and for the data they expose.

Availability

We work to keep the service available at all times. Enterprise includes a 99.9 percent monthly availability commitment for hosted endpoints, with the remedies described in the security review pack. Planned maintenance is announced in advance.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts the service or others at risk, or disputes a payment without contacting us first. You can close your account at any time and export your code before you do.

Liability

The service is provided as is, to the extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service changes. Significant changes are announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Purchases made before a change stay under the terms in force at the time of purchase.
