Refund Policy

All payments are final

When a subscription payment is taken, the paid period starts and the plan limits become available to you right away. Payments are not returned once the period has started.

What is never refunded

• A change of mind after paying.
• A plan that you did not use, or used only in part.
• An automatic renewal of a subscription you forgot to cancel.
• Dissatisfaction with the quality of AI generated designs or code.
• Choosing a larger plan than you needed.
• The unused part of a monthly or yearly period after you cancel.

The only exceptions

• A duplicate charge for the same period caused by an error on our side.
• A charge you did not authorise, proven and reported to [email protected] within 14 days of the charge.
• A complete outage of the service that we confirm, reported to us while it is happening.

In these cases we return the affected amount to the original payment method.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not reverse a payment already taken, and access continues until the end of the paid period.

What we keep on record

For every purchase we keep the acceptance of the terms, the account activity log, the payment details provided by the payment processor and the result of card authentication.

Payment disputes

If something is wrong with a charge, write to [email protected] first. A chargeback opened without contacting us breaks the terms of service and leads to the account being closed.
